		<description>They&#039;re just normal people. They&#039;re everyday people. One thing I learned as an EMT is that the people you thought were flawless (for me it was doctors) are just regular guys who make mistakes (often) and have all the same shortcomings as everyone else. Firefighters and cops are just guys (and gals) that like the adrenaline rush that the job can sometimes give you. Most of the time though it is all very hum-drum, same old stuff. They train constantly for events like 911 but the reality is that most of the time, the job is full of everyday stuff which is pretty tame and routine. They are human, scared and some are very egotistical about what they do but at the end of the day they are just people and like to be regarded as such.</description>
